Maanesten was founded in 2010 by jewelry designer Lotte Callesen and creative director Henrik Callesen, in a small workshop at Frederiksberg.
Since 2010, Maanesten has grown with 6 shops in Denmark, 3 in Norway and more than 300 retailers. The plan for 2020 is to open more shops in and outside of Denmark. Today, we are more than 30 employees who works on everything from design, PR and marketing, and production. We have more than 400 goldsmiths in Jaipur, India, who produce our jewelry in collaboration with our designers. Each year, we launch two new jewelry and accessory collections.
